Energy of the Week ππππ August 16th
(Before we unpack this weeks energetic forecast, remember to stay the course! This is still and most definitely the potent fire horse year). There is currently an odd energy forcing itself onto our subconscious that feels a bit sleepy, lethargic, nap like. Stay the course in remembering to keep the main thing the main thing.

βοΈπβοΈ One of my go to practices is to do far less of what doesn’t matter and direct whatever energy and focus you have on what actually matters. This approach allows you to work progressively during lower momentum times.
Now let’s proceed π
This week is where insight becomes movement. The message is clear, stop waiting to feel completely ready, and start giving real-world form to the changes you already know you need to make.
π The energy of the week
You are moving out of a reflective, clearing season and into a more active phase. What has been coming up for you recently an idea, truth, boundary, desire, creative urge, or realization about what no longer works is ready for a response.
This does not mean rushing into a dramatic decision. It means noticing where your life is asking for participation. The energy supports action, especially when that action is connected to something meaningful rather than something you are forcing out of fear, pressure, or the need to prove yourself.
The question to work with is: What has become clear enough that I can take one honest step now?
π Move with alignment, not force
At the start of this week, your energy or motivation may feel inconsistent. You may have moments of drive followed by moments of uncertainty, fatigue, distraction, or the urge to avoid the task altogether.
Do not mistake that feeling for failure. It is a cue to check your approach.
If you are trying to push something that is not aligned, your body may resist it. Instead of forcing productivity, ask yourself
- Is this goal still meaningful to me?
- Am I trying to do this in a way that drains me?
- What would make this feel more sustainable?
- Do I need a clearer plan, more rest, a smaller step, or more support?
Your best progress this week comes from working with yourself. Rest when you need to reset, but do not use uncertainty as a reason to abandon what matters. Adjust the method, not necessarily the mission.
π Use your voice
There is strong support this week for clear self-expression. Say the thing. Share the idea. Make the request. Send the message. Pitch the offer. Post the video. Start the conversation you have been rehearsing in your head.
You do not need to sound perfect. You need to sound like yourself.
This is especially important if you have been hiding behind preparation, waiting for validation, or trying to make your message agreeable to everyone. The more honest your communication is, the more likely you are to attract the people, opportunities, and support that actually fit where you are headed.
π Make the midweek pivot practical
This is the part of the week where momentum becomes available but it needs a container. Choose one area of your life where you will stop circling the issue and take measurable action.
Try one of these:
- Make the decision that has been sitting on your list.
- Finish and submit the application, proposal, pitch, or offer.
- Block two focused hours for your most important goal.
- Create a simple plan for a project you have been avoiding.
- Have a direct conversation that restores balance.
- Set a boundary that protects your time, energy, or priorities.
- Recommit to one habit that helps you feel clear, healthy, and capable.
Avoid trying to transform your entire life in one week. Pick the action with the greatest return the one that will create relief, clarity, or momentum once it is done.
π Go deeper before going wider
Later in the week, you may feel pulled inward. Use that space well. This is not the time for surface-level distractions, busy socializing, or pretending you are unaffected by what you actually feel.
Spend time with the deeper questions
- What pattern keeps repeating in my relationships, work, or self-talk?
- What am I still carrying that I no longer need to carry?
- Where have I been trying to control an outcome instead of accepting what is?
- What would change if I trusted myself to handle the truth?
Let the answers be practical. If you uncover an old pattern of overgiving, make a boundary. If you realize you are afraid of being seen, take one visible action. If you recognize that a relationship feels one-sided, stop doing all the emotional labor.
π Practice mature balance
Relationships, pleasure, money, work, and responsibility may need extra balance this week. Do not swing between overindulging and over-restricting, or between giving everything and shutting down completely.
Instead, practice a steadier approach
- Enjoy yourself without avoiding your responsibilities.
- Honor your responsibilities without depriving yourself of rest.
- Be patient in relationships without accepting inconsistency.
- Build for the future without sacrificing your present peace.
The goal is not to become more rigid. It is to become more intentional.
π Your best strategy this week
- Listen to what feels out of alignment instead of overriding it.
- Identify one action that moves your real life forward.
- Communicate clearly rather than hoping people will guess what you need.
- Make room for quiet reflection before making emotionally charged decisions.
- Release one old pattern that keeps you attached to a version of life you have outgrown.
- End the week by noticing what has changed in your energy, perspective, and standards.
π Weekly declaration
π
I move with purpose, but I do not force what is not aligned. I trust my voice, protect my energy, and take meaningful action toward the life I am ready to build.
