We ship Monday – Saturday.  Orders placed before 5pm are shipped the next business day. Typically shipping take 3-5 business days to arrive to you.  

Once your order is placed an account is created for you.  You can login to your account to find your shipping tracking number.

Also, once orders are shipped an email is sent with your tracking number. You can find your tracking number in your email.  

If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped on Monday.  The only instance where your order will not be shipped on Monday is if Monday falls on a holiday.  In that case your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Sample orders do not come with tracking as they are shipped regular first class mail.

3. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency used to place the order regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.

4. Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back; however, duties will not be refunded.

5.  Returned products are weighed to determine how much product has been used.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

If there is an issue with an item, please let our Customer Experience team know by sending an email to customerservice@jtn.ojr.temporary.site as soon as possible. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can. A photo of the damaged item is required. Please include as many details as possible.  Your order number must be in the subject line. 

DO I PAY FOR RETURNS?

Yes, return shipping fees—which will be deducted from your refund—are USD$10 

HOW CAN I TELL WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed.  You can also use the return tracking number to follow your return through to delivery to our office.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE I PURCHASED AT YOUR POP-UP SHOP?

All pop-up shop sales are final sale. We are not able to accept returns on any of these purchases.

We’re sorry if we’ve made a mistake processing your return! If you were expecting a refund and were not refunded the full amount, it may be because we do not refund delivery, shipping, and handling costs. Some of the products we sell are shipped directly by the vendor. If this is the case, you will find this information on the item’s product page, in the “Shipping & Returns” dropdown menu, along with information about the return policy for that item.
